Sonia Ezgulian, a free-spirited cook and poetess of flavours, has shared her unique vision of gastronomy through her books I'll tell you everything<\/em> and At the origin of the creation<\/em>. During this meeting, she revealed her philosophy of cooking as a living art, a poetry to be tasted and shared, encouraging everyone to rediscover everyday gestures in a new light.<\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7ois Motte, author of Recipes for a knife rack,\u00a0<\/em>also led an impassioned discussion, mith his passion for vintage crockery and his approach to dinner as a stage where every detail<\/span>\u00a0is a story.\u00a0<\/span>He spoke of how the art of entertaining and the elegance of a table can transform a person's life.<\/span>\u00a0a simple meal into a memorable experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
